RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At GEEKOM, as always, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our quality control and assurance team will inspect your item before shipping. If you have any questions after purchase, please contact our customer service.

Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days.

1) The packaging and product are damaged:
Send photos of the product/packaging received to our customer service, paying attention to the details of the problem to be attached.

2) Incorrect product:
Send photos of the incorrect products, especially if there are labels, and provide customer service with the order details.
Reminder: Please carefully check the contents of the package before signing for it.

Exchanges and returns within 30 days

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange by contacting our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date.

Note: If the return is not due to quality problems, GEEKOM will charge a fee of 5% (service and handling charge).

3 year warranty

GEEKOM offers a 3-year warranty from the date of receipt of the product.

Warranty Exemptions

This warranty does not cover damage to the equipment caused by improper use, alteration or unauthorized repair, not attributable to GEEKOM. If you have any quality problems, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Returns process

1 – Contact our customer service to obtain the return address (GEEKOM expects packages to be returned in the most intact condition possible).

2 – After returning, please provide the tracking number to our customer service to handle the return or exchange. There are no processing fees for returns or exchanges.

3 – We usually process your return request within 3-5 business days of arrival.

Special note

GEEKOM usually returns the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with tracking number). If you need other faster shipping methods, please contact our customer service for a better solution.

Refund process

Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

The refund period (after the above processing time) is as follows: 

Paypal account: approximately 48 hours

Credit card: between 7 and 14 working days

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

1) Lost or stolen products

2) Products that have exceeded the warranty period.

3) Products that have no quality problems (30 days after purchase)

4) Products received free of charge

5) Products repaired by third parties

6) Products damaged by improper use (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water and misuse).
